Overview:

The objective of this session is to provide an overview and understanding of the issues involved in the management of Information Systems (IS) and Information Technology (IT) assets in organizations.  The 2011 summer course series examines a broad range of issues and challenges associated with the management of IS and IT. This session will address IT Budgeting and Cost Management the technical and managerial issues from the Boardroom, C-level executive, and Fist Line-Management perspectives.

    I found the “service cost calculation” and the “business cost summary” slides/discussion especially interesting and informative.
