ITIL Version 3 Foundation Course
OVERVIEW
The ITIL V3 Foundation instructor-led training course provides a comprehensive overview of all of the ITIL disciplines including objectives, terminology, responsibilities and critical success factors, and helps the attendee to leverage the ITIL V3 disciplines and practices in their work environment. It is used to train and prepare attendees for the certification exam at the end of the course. At the end of the course there is a ninety-minute (90) scenario-based certification examination. Passing this examination leads to the certificate in ITIL V3 Foundation.
