Training Course Policies

Training Facility

Public courses are held at our training facilities in Dallas, the District of Columbia, and San Diego.

Customer on-site courses with certification examination or customized training are available upon request.

Courses are typically 1-3 days in length, depending on the topic. All courses are 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM unless otherwise noted. Complete and submit this Booking Form and email it to Registrar@KEDARit.com or fax it to (562) 296-2642. Call us at (972) 317-3577 and we’ll accommodate your specific needs.

Booking Form

Once you have completed the Booking Form and submitted it, you shall receive confirmation that your booking has been received. An agreement however is only formed at the point at which our Training Department informs you of the acceptance of your booking request. We will inform you of acceptance within 5 working days of receipt of your Booking Form.

If you wish to cancel a booking or amend a booking, please notify the KEDARit Training Department as soon as possible by telephone (469) 293-2226, by fax (562) 296-2642 or by e-mail registrar@KEDRit.com. Should you notify us of any changes by telephone, KEDARit shall also require you to confirm this in writing.

Note: Information you provide to us shall be held on our training database. KEDARit shall not release this information to third parties but may, unless you notify us otherwise, utilize this information in order to send you details of our services that we consider to be of interest and relevant to you.

 

Prices and Group Discounts

 

Course prices are listed on our website and on marketing materials. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Group discounts are applied based on the total number of attendees and courses requested.

 

Course Delivery

KEDARit warrants that courses are provided with experienced and certified personnel appropriately trained and qualified. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, courses are not designed to meet EXIN course accreditation requirements and attendee learning objectives. Therefore, it is the attendee’s responsibility to ensure that the course meets their individual requirements and that they satisfy the course entry requirements.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the course materials are vested in, and shall remain at all times vested in, KEDARit or its licensors. Upon payment of the course fee, attendees are granted a LICENSE TO USE the course materials solely for the purpose of enhancing their personal and individual learning experience.

Attendees, their organizations, and future companies may not reproduce or distribute the course materials without the prior written consent of KEDARit.

 

Liability

KEDARit does not exclude or restrict its liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence or that of its employees while acting in the course of their employment. KEDARit’s total aggregate liability for direct loss or damage whether arising from negligence, breach of contract or otherwise shall be limited not to exceed the attendee’s course fee paid by the attendee or the attendee’s company.

KEDARit shall not be liable for any loss of profits, business or anticipated savings, loss of or damage to data or any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever. KEDARit does not accept liability for failures or delays beyond the reasonable control of KEDARit.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Fees

The course fee(s) paid for the course comprises the course tuition and where applicable includes the examination fee. The course fee is the fee published on our web-site at the date and time of booking, online registration, or as otherwise agreed in writing.

The course fee includes all course materials and refreshments in accordance with the type and location of the course delivery. For public courses, the attendee is responsible for all fees associated with their travel and hotel accommodations, food, and other related items for the duration of the course. This fee policy also applies should additional night accommodations be required.

Note: The examination fee is set by the EXIN examination board. This fee is subject to change and KEDARit reserves the right to pass any such increase in this fee to the attendee but shall use its reasonable endeavors to provide as much notice as is possible of any such increase.

Payment

A detailed receipt with all terms and conditions is emailed those that register online from our website at www.KEDARit.com.

Using the booking form, once it has been accepted by KEDARit, we shall invoice the company for the fees using the information provided on the booking form. The company Purchase Order reference must appear on the booking form. Any preprinted terms on the Purchase Order that are in contradiction of KEDARit stated terms and conditions shall be inapplicable.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment of the course fees must be received within 30 days of the date of invoice or 10 days prior to the commencement date of the course, whichever is earlier.

KEDARit reserves the right to refuse admission to or provision of the course if payment has not been received in full.

 

Rescheduling

 

KEDARit reserves the right to reschedule or modify course logistics with respect to date, location or time prior to the course start date without liability. Should a registrant request to be rescheduled, written notification must be received 5 business days prior to the course start date. In either event, the registrant will be offered the opportunity to attend the same course on an alternative date, or receive a credit of equal value that can be applied to another course or KEDARit service.

Cancellation and No Show

Fees for a cancelled course are nonrefundable, but can be applied to another course or KEDARit service. If a written cancellation notice is received 5 business days or less from the course start date the fee is forfeit. Fees for a no show are also forfeit.

Substitutions

Substitutions of an alternate attendee at any time before the first day of the course are encouraged, subject to the substitute attendee meeting course entry requirements. However, where the course materials have already been sent out it is the responsibility of the registrant to pass them on to the substitute attendee. No additional course materials or other items will be provided in the case of substitutions.

Alteration to Terms and Conditions

 

KEDARit may amend these terms and conditions at any time. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the terms and conditions that apply to the registration shall be those in force on the date of confirmation.
